How does Collaboration-HQ make money?

Every challenge or subscription includes a platform fee, which covers your use of the Collaboration-HQ platform and access to our community. The fee structure is outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

How does Collaboration-HQ protect Intellectual Property?

Through the engagement of collaboration resulting in a solution, an unrestricted license to the entity posting the challenge would occur, whilst ownership of the original intellectual property would remain with the solution provider. This will empower innovators to develop a solution further to bring meaningful new products and services to the market.

We take multiple steps to protect our clients’ IP and ensure security. IP advise can be arrange to assist with any concerns. What security does Collaboration-HQ have in place?

All security measure have been taken to make sure that all members contact details are secure. There is dedicated OS-level Firewalls, built-in Let’s Encrypt SSL, IP Whitelisting, Regular Security Patching and Firmware upgrades, Two-Factor Authentication, keeping our server safe from any intruder.

Can I post anonymously?

Yes challenges can be posted anonymously on Collaboration-HQ but your contact details will need to be entered when you register. This question will be asked when creating a challenge, check YES to be anonymous.

Why can’t I propose a solution when I click ‘Apply’?

You need to be logged in to be able to propose a solution. If you are a first-time user, you will need register to become a member as per the membership section.

What happens after I register for an account?

Your details will be checked and an invoice for your membership will be sent to the registered email address, on receipt of the membership fee being paid you will receive an email with your log in details.

How long does it take to approve registration?

Your registration will be processed within an hour of receipt of the membership payment.

Which membership should I choose?

Please refer to the membership page, if you require the ability to post challenges you will need the “Corporate” membership, if you are only supplying solutions a “Service & Support” membership will suit your needs. If you are studying at any University or Institute you can join as a student but can only offer solutions via your academic provider.
